-Dont over-workout, the process of building muscle has the muscle breaking down in its essentialness, then growing back to a bigger and stronger size (Thats why it pains after your first few workouts, when done correctly). So if your aching after a work out don't worry, just give it a rest, although its normal for you to recover much faster and much stronger (less pain) as your body accustoms to lifting weights regularly.
-Form is far more important than amount of weight, when lifting. So keep the shape of the exercise for the correct durations, if your shaking on your first few reps, it means its not the correct weight for you and itll be hard to maintain your correct form with this.
-Diet, any fitness expert will tell you diet is absolutely KEY, in losing fat, if your serious about it atleast. Try to eat more regulary so as to make your metabolism better (how effectively your body burns food) but eat smaller portions, and healthier portions too.
-Heart rate, heart rate, heart rate. Keeping your heart rate at an excited state will burn fat FAST. Best time to burn fat is before breakfast, so as you burn the fat storage in your body (your belly, chest), rather than your cereal and croissants.
-Intensity. One of the keys to losing fat is the intensity as which you exercise, you can split a 30 minute fat loss workout like this:
5 mins - jog fast
2 mins - sprint as fast as you can
5 mins - jog moderately
3 mins - sprint at around 80 percent of your maximum output
5 mins - jog fast
5 mins - walk very fast
1 mins - sprint as fast as you can
4 mins - jog as fast as you can, and slow down towards the end.
keeping things, unpredictable is great for maximizing fat loss so you can play around with their orders and benefit really well.
