Tips for keeping motivated

:::-Take a photo of yourself in a regular time interval, for instance every 2 weeks or so, and no matter if your getting rid of your manboobs are belly fat, just seeing the changes produces this great momentum that lets you carry on.-:::

:::-Think of something you want to be able to achieve with your body, all success is always created in the mind first so, whether you want to bench 200kg or run a marathon visualize it and work towards your goal, set priorities.-:::

:::-Measure your goals! Trying to run faster? keep track of your laps. Trying to get bigger biceps measure them every week, you get the drift.-:::

:::-Lastly, make it a lifestyle rather than a diet, if you go on a diet for 2 months and change happens, however you go back to your old lifestyle youll be back at square one, adapt your lifestyle to your goals, and then maintain them once youve reached them.-:::
